On October 13, 2021, within the framework of «Erasmus+ Days 2021», an online Round table was organized for partner countries to discuss the stages of the project implementation «619011-EPP-1-2020-1-KZ-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP New Courses in Geospatial Engineering for Climate Change Adaptation of Coastal Ecosystems» (GEOCLIC).

The Round Table was attended by project partners from Azerbaijan - Baku State University, Azerbaijan National Aviation Academy, Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Mingachevir State University, International Academy of Ecoenergy; Turkmenistan - Turkmen Agriculture University named after S.A. Niyazov, Magtumguli Turkmen State University, International University of Humanities and Development; Kazakhstan - Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yesenova, Atyrau Oil and Gas University named after Safi Utebayeva, as well as Consortium partners responsible for Quality Plan, from Germany - Berlin Technical University, EXOLAUNCH GmbH.

The following issues were discussed at the Round Table:

the current state of affairs with the analysis of curricula of educational programs and specialties of partner universities and the study of syllabuses offered by European universities of 14 basic courses and 3 Soft skills courses;

prospects for the creation of a GEOLAB laboratory for conducting regular laboratory classes, a class for virtual CVE events, a GEOCOF office to strengthen communication with employers, as well as indicators by which their effectiveness will be evaluated;

template of the interim report on the project;

proposed activities to disseminate the results of the project;

upcoming monitoring of the project by the National Offices of the partner countries;

dates of the International Online Conference.

There was also a Workshop on the correct filling out of documents on Staff costs. The participants were familiarized with the developed project site, discussed the most convenient web structure of the site. At the end of the meeting, the participants summed up the results of the Round Table.
